What you can expect

Enliven offers a selection of retirement living options in Southland.

Located in Southland and the Whakatipu areas, each of our modestly sized villages offers a variety of retirement living options.

Our properties are a popular option for older people looking to retain their independence while still enjoying the security, companionship and lifestyle that a smaller village environment can offer.

Village units are available under an occupation right agreement (ORA). Limited rental options may also be available in some locations.

How do I enjoy these?

When you are ready to consider your retirement living options, simply contact us to register your interest and receive information on current unit availability in the location(s) of your choice. We can then arrange a visit to the village for you where you can view the various unit options, or even participate as a guest in a village activity and meet with some of the current residents.

We know that the move to retirement living is a big decision. We are happy to work with you through this process to make sure this is the right choice for you.

Each village has a village liaison/ coordinator who is there to support your health and wellbeing needs and help you navigate through village life
